Shipping Schedule

Orders submitted by latest the Saturday of that week will be dispatched the following Monday or earlier. In the case of delays, you may receive an email regarding the updated estimated dispatch date. If you have not heard about your parcel in a week, do reach out via our contact form to inquire!

International Shipping
International buyers may opt for tracking or without tracking. Tracked packages will receive a tracking number that can be used to track your parcel via the Singpost website. Do note, tracking ceases once the package is in your country due to how Singpost tracking works. Please ensure all delivery details are correct to avoid returned or lost packages.

Local Shipping
Local buyers will receive tracked shipping by default and may track their packages with the tracking number via the Singpost website

Returned Packages
Your package may be returned to me for various reasons, such as a wrong address or rejected delivery. I will notify you via email if so! You may opt for it to be reshipped (to the same or an updated address) If the package was rejected due to an error on my end, I will reship the parcel free of charge. 

Lost Packages
I am not responsible for any lost packages. Packages may be lost for a myriad of reasons outside of my control. If you suspect your package is lost, contact me via email - If your package was a tracked shipment and over in value, I will contact Singpost for compensation up to 50 SGD!

If the compensation is approved, I will then refund you the compensated amount.

Defective Products
While I check all my products before shipping them out, there may always be cases of defective products that slip through the cracks or are broken/damaged during shipment. In the case of defective products, please send us an email with photos of the defects! If they are deemed to be defected, we will provide either a replacement or partial refund.

Regarding Customs 
Buyers are responsible for any taxes or custom fees associated with receiving their order. I will not be able to issue any refunds if the package is denied due to customs fees

Regarding EU Orders
EU buyers will have to be responsible for the tax & VAT on their orders - I am not responsible for packages that are denied or discarded due to tax/VAT issues.
